Our Beliefs
We Believe that:
God is greater, bigger and closer than we can imagine

The Bible is God's perfect guidebook for living

Jesus is God showing himself to us

The Holy Spirit is our power supply for effective Christian living

Nothing in creation "just happened". God made it all

Grace is the only way to have a relationship with God

God has allowed evil in order to provide us with a choice. God can bring good even out of evil events and God promises victory over evil to those who choose him

Heaven and hell are real places.

Death is a begining, not the end

The church is to serve people just like Jesus did

Jesus is coming again

About God
God is the creator, sustainer, and ruler of the universe. He has eternally existed in three persons: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. These three are co-equal and are one God.

Genesis 1:1, 26, 27; 3:22; Psalm 90.2 147:5; Matthew 28: 19, 2 Corinthians 13:14, Colossians 1: 13-18;
1 Peter 1:2

About Man

Man is made in the spiritual image of God, to be like Him in character. He is the supreme object of God's creation. Although man has tremendous potential for good, he is marred by an attitude of disobedience toward God called "sin". This attitude seperates man from God.

Genesis 1:27; Psalm 6: 3-6, 51: 1-4; Ecclesiastes 7:29; Isaiah 53:5, 59:1,2; Romans 3:23, 5-12

About Eternity
Man was created to exist forever. He will either exist eternally seperated from God by sin, or in union with God through forgiveness and salvation. To be eternally in union with God is eternal life or heaven. Heaven and Hell are places of eternal existence.
John 3:16, 17
